Cancellations by the exhibitor

Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the exhibitor, as deposits cover operational, logistical, and promotional costs already incurred.

Rescheduling due to force majeure

If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, public health restrictions, technical issues, etc.), we offer:

– The option to keep your spot for the new date

– Or transfer your participation to a future edition (in the same city or elsewhere, subject to availability)

If the event is permanently cancelled without a new date, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to transfer to a future edition — your choice.

Full cancellation

Payments via Stripe or other platforms

Refunds made through Stripe may be subject to non-refundable fees. Latina Market is not responsible for any deductions made by these platforms or banking institutions.

How to request a refund

Send your request by email to our official address, including the reason for the request, date of payment, and proof of transaction.

We respond within 10 business days.
